Forging ahead with fictional endeavours: ~ Write a life on a page and hurry not to its grave; abhor not the coming age, for eternal is the next page. ~ Read what you will, I hope you will enjoy reading as much as I do writing.

And time marches on.

Hello, everyone! My poor neglected blog was crying so I thought a post was long overdue. I have been writing, but what little is not academic needs heavy editing before its usable.  Its much harder to write fics now that I’m juggling a Master’s and volunteer positions. Today is my official last day of semester and I still have a essay due next Wednesday. (I know, right? Talk about unforgiving scheduling). The best part is my next semester will start on 25th. I’m having so many mixed feelings about this degree that its crazy.  Thankfully my desire to complete it out weights any thing else. Would hate to have finished this summer semester and thought ‘craaap, what was I thinking?’

The next semester should involve a placement. I have two interviews lined up and I’m determined to ace one, if not both. The biggest hiccup might be the seizure clinic I have been waiting to get on.  If the neuro thinks my seizures haven’t settled enough I will have to attend the clinic regularly which mean staying in Brisbane and drop my placement. This is what I really want to avoid. I have had so many plans derailed because health the past 1 1/2 years. It would be salt to the wound if I have to give up something else.

In other news, I met up with a friend from primary school today. We have no seen each other is 16 years. Gotta say, blast from the past. Its amazing how people change but are still so recognisable.

Next stop: schedulingposts!

  1. Good luck with your interviews 🙂

  2. I hope everything went well.

    • Ah Thanks, it went very well. That’s why I’ve been silent recently. I’ve been working hard on my placement
